Filler strip
A filler is a narrow strip that closes a small gap between a cabinet and a wall or between two cabinets, so the run fits the room exactly.
Rooms are never exact. A wall may bow, and a run of cabinets may end a few inches short. A filler is a plain strip of matching material that closes the gap.
Fillers also help doors clear each other at corners. Without one, a door can hit a handle or an appliance. The installer cuts the filler to width and often scribes it to match the wall.
Some Innovation Cabinetry lines include fillers. The Maverick Garageworx brochure lists a filler, model MV-F384. The Endura RTA assembly guides include a filler as well, plus finish panels. Planning with fillers lets a dealer match your layout to the room. See Maverick Garageworx, Endura and the how to buy cabinets page. Your dealer can mark the filler widths on your plan before the order is placed.
